4	No Spam or Ads:
	Don't spam chat or advertise other servers. Keep communication friendly and helpful.
5	Avoid Scams:
	Don't scam or deceive other players. Report suspicious behavior to us.
6	Multiboxing and AFK:
	Multiboxing is allowed within limits. Avoid excessive AFK farming.
7	Follow GM Instructions:
	Listen to our team's instructions. Don't impersonate GMs or ask for items.
8	Report Violations::
	If you see a rule violation, report it to us. Provide evidence if possible.
9	Consequences of Breaking Rules:::
	Penalties may include warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans. Severity depends on the offense and history.

1	Subject of the Agreement:
	Operator provides access to the Server to an unlimited number of users for leisure and entertainment purposes.
2	Terms for Entry of the Agreement:
	User accepts the Agreement by registering on l2remake.com. If User disagrees, they must cease using the Site and Services. User confirms legal capacity upon acceptance.
3	Rights and Obligations:
	User has the right to use the Server for personal, non-commercial purposes. User must provide accurate information during registration and maintain confidentiality of account data. User shall not violate intellectual property rights or use the Server for illegal activities.
4	Privacy and Security:
	Confidential information is not disclosed to third parties. Personal data may be transferred in certain cases. Operator ensures data security but does not guarantee protection against unauthorized access.
5	Additional Paid Services:
	Additional services are available upon request for a fee. Purchased services are non-refundable. User bears all financial costs associated with purchases.
6	Shipping/Delivery Policy:
	Digital goods are available for use shortly after purchase. Transfer to in-game character is instantaneous.
7	Refund Policy:
	No refunds are provided under any circumstances. Chargebacks are not allowed and may result in account suspension.
8	Disclaimer of Warranties:
	Services are provided "as is" without warranties. User acknowledges potential health risks associated with excessive PC use. Operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
9	Additional Provisions:
	User must comply with local laws regarding Server usage. Invalidity of parts does not affect the Agreement's validity. Agreement may be amended by the Operator without prior notice.
